ECCS is committed to take care of all the confidential details including process, patent and other information of the buyers. We enter into a non-disclosure agreement with the company to guarantee complete confidentiality. The technical drawing provided by the buyers are not disclosed or provided to other buyers. All the specifications and details are only accessed by the engineers and designers, who are responsible for giving the products final shape.

The information and designs are safeguarded according to reasonable, established information security standards and procedures that include both physical and electronic safeguards. Our computers and electronic networks are protected by layered firewalls. Employees with access to our electronic data systems are governed by rigid rules of usage that are periodically tested.

We keep all the test results strictly between the company and clients. No state or federal agencies have access to our records without the client's permission. Moreover, the tooling and drawing produced for casting the components are stored safely in our workrooms. Our staffs only use these tooling and drawing during the time of production. We value our clients and respect their individuality and reputation because we understand the value of quality and trust, which have been painstakingly build over time and efforts.
